At Always Keep Hope, we believe in community advocacy. We are a community resource for those seeking to be heard on issues that are important to them. We help to protect and promote the rights of youth and others when decisions are being made about their lives.

Civic Engagement

We provide civic engagement services that make a difference in one's community by developing the knowledge, skills, values and motivation needed to make a difference. Some of our civic engagement opportunities consist of service learning projects, community service, and voter registration drives during the election season cycle.

Educational Awareness

At Always Keep Hope, our educational awareness component provides direct outreach to students in school. Educational Awareness is the ability to help students acquire knowledge in various fields of education such as people, literature, history, mathematics, politics, and other numerous subjects. This contributes to cultivation in a student's thought process.

Financial Literacy

Educational Awareness

Our financial literacy component is all about teaching youth, young adults, and families the concepts of saving, investing, and debt that leads to an overall sense of financial well-being and self-trust. Always Keep Hope partners with financial experts to teach people the importance of credit and personal financial management.

Intervention Program

Always Keep Hope provides a 12 to 16 week intervention curriculum program. It focuses positive outcomes for youth by building healthy relationships, while helping them to manage their behavior. These techniques take changing communication strategies, providing prompts and cues, while teaching processes that develop social skills.

Mentoring Program

Intervention Program

The goal of the AKH mentorship program is to accelerate the personal and professional development of mentees by providing constructive relationships. This is achieved by providing mentees with guidance, advice and feedback from mentors with more experience than themselves. Always Keep Hope will work to maximize the youth's greatest potential.
